Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN), you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services. In collaboration with RNs and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure that care is individualized and comprehensive.
Your responsibilities will include :
Delivering evidence-based care to patients as directed by physicians or RNs.
Assisting with procedures and monitoring tasks as needed.
Performing lab and procedural tests within your scope of practice.
Documenting patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
Serving as a resource for department staff, students, and volunteers.
Qualifications :
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
Current License as a Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN).
