Systems Engineering Manager Job Description
At TRISTAR, we are currently seeking a skilled Systems Engineering Manager to join our team of experts. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to provide top-notch solutions for our government customers. You will work closely with our team to design and develop power supply systems and subsystems, as well as troubleshoot and repair electronics and electronic sub-assemblies, including power supplies and power sub-systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to provide top-notch solutions for our government customers.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and develop power supply systems and subsystems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronics and electronic sub-assemblies, including power supplies and power sub-systems.
- Provide guidance to junior level engineers and technicians on tasking performed.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Multi-Mission signal processor strongly preferred but not required.
- Electrical engineering skills related to troubleshooting, creating interconnect diagrams, and understanding schematic diagrams.
- Ability to create and follow test plans and procedures.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical progress and issues.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- An Active Secret Clearance is required or the ability to obtain one.
