Job Summary:
The IT Specialist I monitors and maintains TriState Health's IT systems. Under supervision, installs, configures, services, repairs and maintains information technology systems in both a stand-alone and client-server environment. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the organization. Ensures that system hardware and software systems are fully operational. Provides high quality customer support.
Skills and Abilities:
- Organize, coordinate, prioritize, and oversee computer hardware and software installation, repair and support.
- Ability to improve operations, streamline work processes and work cooperatively.
- Work independently and follow oral and written instructions.
Qualifications:
- Preferred college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or industry experience equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years computer experience required.
- Valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
