About the role
Process owner for change management within the manufacturing environmentInitiate / answer feasibility and cost studies prior to change implementation actionsCoordinate planning and execution of activities related to engineering changes along with approval workflows for engineering changesIntegrate with the existing Engineering team and work with internal and external parties to achieve project deliverablesDevelops and finalizes part breakpoints with guidance from Supply Chain, Engineering, and SalesProviding feedback to Product Development team and communicating Engineering changes to production and support areasOptimize time, cost, and scope of engineering changes at the manufacturing siteDrive system improvements and assist with projects related to MES applicationDelivery of effective and outcome-based support in the generation of parts replacement kits, design of spare parts kits – content and BOM.About you
Maintaining and enforcing the high-quality standards of components and products produced through understanding the needs of the customerExperience in Lean Manufacture & 5S, Kaizen & Six sigma, Problem solving (8D, 5 Why)Experienced with quality improvement tools and techniques (Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and FMEA)Understanding of blueprint interpretation, geometric tolerancing, classification of fit.Proficient in ERP softwareDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across disciplines requiredKnowledge of material department operation, manufacturing processes, and departmental relationshipsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, or other discipline with Change Management focus3 Years of related experience in a production / manufacturing environmentMinimum 1-3 years working with ECM (Engineering Change Management) / Supply Chain management in manufacturing environmentWhat’s on offer
