Job Responsibilities
Utilize technology-enhanced instruction methods to engage students in the learning process. Conduct classes as scheduled and approved by the deans office. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to students. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum. Provide tutoring and mentoring to students outside of class time as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement instructional activities that meet the diverse needs of students. Develop and implement assessments to measure student learning outcomes. Evaluate and improve instructional methods and materials to ensure student success.
Qualifications
Associates degree in a related field and 2000 hours of related field work experience. Previous higher education teaching experience is preferred. Ability to utilize technology-enhanced instruction methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to students.
