What are the responsibilities and job description for the Extended School Year Nurse position at Triton Regional School District?
- Review and maintain health history and emergency forms on all students- Review and maintain necessary supplies- Provide staff with pertinent medical information- Responsible for medical needs of staff and students- Documentation of any and all accidents or incidents- Performs medical treatment/procedures as needed (e.g. tube feeding, insulin, toileting)- Provides first aid when needed- Dispenses medications as needed- CPR certified, RN licensure, DESE certified7/7/25 -8/7/25. M-TH 8:30-12:30
