Key Responsibilities
- Fully execute all aspects of M&A transactions including the structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and drafting of purchase agreements; in addition to deal execution and coordinating closing processes
- Provide legal counsel on business transactions, capital raises, technology licensing, and other corporate matters
- Use negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining practical, actionable legal advice
- Oversee deal progress, ensuring timely movement and compliance
- Work with paralegals to maintain client communication and satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Mentor and guide the firm’s legal staff through M&A deals
