Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and sales transactions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their specific needs
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
-complete daily task list and maintain overall cleanliness of the store
-keep accurate count of cigarettes and manage lottery sales
-stock shelves upon vendor deliveries
-accurately process cash ansd card transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a team setting effectively
-physically able to stand for long periods of time
-excellent cash handling skills

-$500.00 bonus at 6 months for all employees
