Position SummaryKeep records of loans and leases in bank computersystem(s).
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide servicing for all types for loans - Commercial, Equipment Finance, Mortgage and Consumer.
Input and ensure new and renewed note information meets quality standards.
Compute interest and principal payments, and payoffs on loans.
Process loan payments, including participation remittances.
Monitor various reports to determine validity of information.
Reconcile various general ledger accounts.
Maintain the bank's lender placed insurance.
Process non-accrual/charge-off loans.
Process incoming wires.
Verify and correct E-Oscar disputes.
Maintain escrow accounts.
Process paid in full loans and release collateral.
Check in new consumer and mortgage notes and collateral.
Research and resolve customer inquiries, including paid in full loans and collateral.
Perform monthly reporting and remittance to various investors.
Promote and implement the bank's sales culture and service philosophies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Associates Degree preferred or a combination of banking experience and/or degree.
At least six to nine month's banking or related experience preferred.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Specific vision abilities are required by this job due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting is required.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
