Salary Range : $90,000 to $95,000

Location : Philadelphia, PA
Regular Work Schedule : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Monday through Friday or as needed. Travel up to 30% of the time

Core Functions and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for top-line growth of revenue, meeting growth objectives around gross margin and EBITDA
- Buys downs and negotiates pricing per project. Maintains expected margins per project.
- Maintains accurate time and material costs per project.
- Estimates Install / Knockdowns / Special Projects as required.
- Maintain Triumph tools, equipment & vehicles to ensure no downtime. Procure necessary items to establish the program. i.e. trucks, tools, trailers etc.
- Establishes and enforces best practices in Field Operations
- Maintains accurate and approved expenses of the Field Operations department.
- Oversees recurring or daily functions involving subcontractor relations, coordinating deliveries, and issuing POs
- Sourcing subcontractor work and Subcontractor onboarding
- Recruit and train service technicians, drivers, shop technicians, and service manager
- Oversee and maintain materials and parts inventory at the branch location
- Monthly inventory counting of parts, materials, and modular structures (complex, trailer, and containers)
- Approves and allocates resources based on business priorities
- Be a Champion of Safety, adhere to Triumph’s Safety Policies and Customers’ safety policies per contracts while on a job site
- Responsible for all direct reports and subcontractors safety. Rewards & disciplines direct reports as needed with the appropriate documentation.
- Make outside sales calls; 5-10 per Week
- Attend networking events; 2-4 Per month Avg
- Attend tradeshow events, as required
- Attend weekly sales meetings and other meetings as required
- Conduct prospecting calls by way of Construction Data Listing, marketing lists, referrals, local media, subscription leads, etc.
- Understand Triumphs Solutions offerings and any future offerings. Proactively sell the offerings to all customers
- Grow sales and lease opportunities for the company
- Develop a thorough sales business plan on how you will achieve your sales goals
- Engage in product development meetings. Stay informed on the latest industry innovations.
- Ensures compliance with state, local, and Federal legal requirements and operates the local office with the highest business ethics
- Other duties as assigned
