Role: Multiple Open Roles – CRM Transformation Project (Siebel to Salesforce Migration)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – Onsite is Preferred)
Type: Long-Term Contract (Multi-Year – Up to 5 Years)
About the Project: We are embarking on a large-scale, multi-year (5-year) migration initiative in partnership with Client to transition from Siebel CRM (on-premises) to Salesforce CRM, one of the largest public utilities in the nation.
This program will modernize the customer relationship management landscape, improve customer experience, streamline business processes, and integrate modern platforms using cutting-edge middleware solutions like MuleSoft.
Open Roles: We are hiring multiple roles across various technologies, including but not limited to:
- Siebel CRM Developers/Architects
- Salesforce Consultants/Developers/Architects
- MuleSoft Integration Specialists
- CRM Business Analysts
- Data Migration Specialists
- Test Engineers/QA Leads (CRM Testing)
- Project Managers/Technical Leads
- Data Warehouse Architects
- Business Architects
- Solutions Architects
- Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent):Participate in or lead the migration of legacy CRM systems (Siebel) to Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Client to implement scalable and customer-centric CRM solutions.
- Use MuleSoft or similar tools for seamless integration between systems.
- Perform business analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment support across modules.
- Contribute to documentation, change management, and training for end users.
- General Requirements:Hands-on experience with Siebel and/or Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in enterprise middleware solutions such as MuleSoft.
- Prior experience working in utility sector or public sector preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Los Angeles, as project needs arise.
- Certifications in Salesforce or Siebel is a MUST
