Role: Solutions Architect
Location: Hybrid/ Los Angeles CA
Duration: 5 years
Design CRM architecture; ensure integration and alignment with business needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design the overall CRM/Analytics architecture
- Define integration points with legacy and future systems
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with Client's standards
- Oversee design reviews, technical governance, and performance optimization
Required Skills:
- Solution architecture experience in Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Cloud/on-prem hybrid systems architecture knowledge
- Middleware experience (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi)
- API design (REST/SOAP), security protocols (OAuth2, SAML)
- Deep understanding of system integration, SSO, and data flow diagrams
- Prior CRM platform migration experience is highly desirable
- TOGAF or similar architectural framework experience is a plus
