Job Description

This position will be responsible for providing essential support to the manager and contributing to day-to-day business operations.

Operations Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations management, ensuring seamless coordination across various departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all business activities, including financial data, inventory levels, and customer information.
  • Coordinate shipping arrangements and execute data entry using QuickBooks.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor delivery schedules as needed.
  • Provide supplementary support to the manager on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Show ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
  • Demonstrate capacity to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hold 1-2 years of experience in operations support or sales assistant roles.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced environments and a willingness to adjust to change quickly.
