Creative Multicare, LLC is hiring a Senior Accountant for a full-time position in Stockbridge, GA.
Creative Multicare is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The Senior Accountant will oversee the daily accounting operations, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a high level of expertise in accounting practices, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a senior member of the team, the Senior Accountant will also collaborate with senior management to drive financial strategy and decision-making.
On-site in Stockbridge, GA, or Ft. Lauderdale, FL, there is potential for a hybrid schedule.

Job Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting & Compliance : Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Collaborate with the brand operations team to review and verify financial data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and tax filings.
Month-End Close : Take ownership of the month-end close process, including the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the closing process, reducing time and enhancing accuracy.
Acquisition Integration : Support the financial integration of newly acquired companies, including aligning accounting policies, consolidating financial statements, and ensuring consistent reporting across the portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and accurate financial reporting.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement : Evaluate existing internal controls and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement new controls and procedures to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting. Regularly review processes to ensure they are aligned with best practices and the company’s growth objectives.
Financial Analysis & Decision Support : Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, including trend analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and profitability analysis. Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide strategic planning.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- On track for CPA certification.
- 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within a high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Interest in IT, computer systems, and data analysis.
- Proficient in excel and data manipulation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
