Position Responsibilities
3 DAYS ON SITE
The RPA Automation developer is responsible for developing and supporting RPA bots, migrating bots to a new framework and updating development documentation.
Experience: Level II Required Skills:
Should have Automation Anywhere certification.
Extensive experience in Automation Anywhere, Co-Pilot, and Generative AI.
Extensive experience with Automation Anywhere, Co-Pilot, and Generative AI.
Proficient in conducting feasibility checks and designing automation solutions following standard RPA design principles.
Skilled in implementing RPA scripting solutions using VBScript, Python, JavaScript, and VBA Macros.
Experienced in developing automation solutions with .NET using Visual Studio.
Capable of evaluating and recommending RPA tools based on project requirements, considering scalability, security, and integration capabilities.
Collaborates effectively with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.
Translates business processes into efficient and effective RPA solutions.
Oversees the integration of RPA solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless interoperability.
Provides technical leadership to RPA development teams, guiding them in implementing architectural best practices.
Identifies and mitigates risks associated with RPA implementations, including security, data privacy, and system dependencies.
Communicates complex technical concepts clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in understanding stakeholder requirements and translating them into various documentation deliverables, such as functional specifications, use case diagrams, workflow process diagrams, and data flow/data model diagrams.
Additional experience with other RPA tools like UiPath and Blue Prism is a plus.
Adept at identifying the best-customized solutions that meet customer requirements in terms of RPA strategy at an enterprise level.
Experienced in analyzing, understanding, and documenting business processes in detail when required.
Skilled in designing process workflows and conducting process automation reviews.
Capable of working within project planning constraints and communicating identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager, providing inputs to the change control process as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn and leverage new technologies and concepts.
Good understanding of customer requirements and pain points.
Excellent written and verbal skills for effectively communicating quality technical and functional system specifications.
Ability to take initiative and work independently without supervision.
