We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is an entry to mid-level hybrid role suited for individuals passionate about providing high-quality technical support and customer service. While the role is based in Dublin, OH, some work-from-home flexibility is available.

• Deliver responsive technical and customer support to clients
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated IT problems
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
• Log, track, and update service requests using our ticketing system
• Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and technical solutions

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a related field desirable
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and shifting priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
