About Us
Trojan Roofing, a leading name in exterior home remodeling, is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This role requires an on-site presence daily and fieldwork as needed. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in permit acquisition , job site inspections , crew coordination , and ensuring high-quality completion of roofing, siding, and gutter projects. Additionally, this role serves as a communication bridge between crews, sales teams, and branch management to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in roofing, siding, and / or gutter installation or project management required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
- Prior project management experience or crew leadership preferred
- Strong proficiency in Google workspace Suite and digital tools
- Experience in contract negotiations and crew payments
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and trades for efficient scheduling
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must have or be willing to obtain a smartphone for work-related tasks
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
