Trojan Roofing, a fast-growing leader in storm restoration and exterior home improvements, is seeking a Field Supervisor in the DMV area. This position focuses on working with insurance adjusters to help homeowners receive the compensation they deserve for roofing, siding, and gutter replacements due to wind and hail damage.

The Sales Field Supervisor will primarily be responsible for training and coaching sales reps, improving their efficiency and effectiveness in the field. Instead of spending time generating leads, this role will focus on closing adjuster appointments and assisting the Branch Manager in building a high-performing sales team.

• Performance-based draw advance vs. commission pay structure
• Earn commission on approved jobs (commission rates vary)
• Potential annual earnings between $103,000 - $302,000

Key Responsibilities for Sales Field Supervisor:

• Attend and successfully close adjuster meetings on behalf of the sales team
• Convert assigned preset appointments into sales
• Train and mentor new hires in real-world sales situations
• Help structure and optimize territories to improve overall team success
• Meet and exceed expected performance benchmarks for activity and results
• Go over contracts and scope of work details with homeowners to ensure understanding
• Keep projects updated in CRM software and manage workflow efficiently
• Actively network and seek referrals from homeowners and local connections
• Adhere to and implement Trojan Roofing’s proven sales system, policies, and procedures
• Develop self-generated sales opportunities through prospecting efforts
• Be a key leader within the sales department, setting the example for others
• Conduct home inspections for storm-related damage assessments
• Provide professional recommendations to homeowners based on inspection findings
• Build trust and strong relationships with customers by maintaining open communication
• Educate homeowners on roofing materials, insurance claims, and the repair process
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Branch Manager, clients, and office team
• Help facilitate weekly sales meetings alongside the Sales Manager
• Stay committed to personal development and achieving career growth goals

Qualifications for Sales Field Supervisor:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales leadership, training, or management roles (preferred)
• Previous closing sales experience is a plus but not required
• Experience in storm damage restoration or home improvement sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Must have a reliable vehicle with full coverage insurance (10 years old or newer preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must own or obtain a smartphone capable of using business apps and taking high-quality photos
• Possess a valid driver’s license in any state
• Experience with CRM software is helpful but not required
• Strong understanding of structured sales processes and customer engagement strategies
