Key Responsibilities:
- Develop internal and external communications to keep staff and stakeholders informed and aligned with organizational goals, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency
- Contribute to philanthropic initiatives by building and maintaining relationships with nonprofit partners, ensuring alignment with company values and social impact goals
- Support various projects by preparing key documents for meetings and executive engagements, conducting research for content creation, managing project progress, and organizing materials for easy retrieval and compliance
- Provide administrative support, including coordinating executive meetings, events, and travel arrangements, as well as handling communications on behalf of executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of professional writing experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Business Development, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Photos)
