General Purpose :
Provides clerical and design support, member services / reception duties for the department.
- Oversees social media platforms and posts regularly to all accounts.
- Directs member comments on social media to connect with the appropriate Department Head.
- Answers all direct messages on social media.
- Assists Marketing Director in keeping the website up to date, including :
- Banners and featured events
- Calendar of Member events
- Contact Information & Hours of Operation
- Assists in member logins to the website.
- Manages the marketing collateral on Club TVs and keeps posts relevant to upcoming events.
- Prints and posts flyers in both Clubhouses and keeps areas up to date.
- Assists with any miscellaneous signage / printing and laminating needs.
- Assists in proofing all marketing materials and communications for grammatical errors.
- Assists in prospect and new member orientations when the Director is unavailable.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
