Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative food and beverage menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and control costs to meet budgetary goals.
