Summary:
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for the implementation of essential marketing-related projects, conceptualizing and preparing digital and print advertising collateral, producing organic social media content, and other promotional efforts in alignment with the revenue objectives of the marketing plan
Essential Duties:

Marketing

Ensures that sufficient and appropriate marketing activity takes place to reach revenue targets for activity as directed by the Marketing Manager, including, but not limited to, specific promotional campaigns or initiatives, special promotions, and events. Activity will be defined by both property-specific and corporate plans and be related to the current property vision as well as future development plans and initiatives.

Assists in the production of marketing campaigns by creating innovative and dynamic marketing ideas within agreed budgets and timescales and is responsible for reporting the results.

Assists with the development, writing, and communication of marketing plans, promotional recaps, creative briefs, project recommendations, and presentations.

Track marketing campaign results and produce campaign analytics reports as required.

Works effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary marketing, sales, revenue (and on occasion membership) team to communicate, coordinate, and integrate marketing communications and apply best-in-class practices to all efforts.

Participates in regular strategy meetings and develops new programs and initiatives that are designed to further Preserve’s marketing strategy.

Assists the Marketing Manager with advertising initiatives and media plans.

Monitor all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity.

Ensures the Company’s brand is applied consistently and appropriately throughout all marketing communications.

Maintains database of key leads and contacts through lead acquisition and segmentation techniques.

Work with the Marketing Manager on the preparation of the annual Marketing Plan.
Communication:

Write, edit, and/or contribute to promotional literature, newsletters, and direct marketing projects.

Prepares and distributes various electronic communications including, but not limited to, resort announcements and electronic newsletters

Reviews various marketing materials and make recommended edits.

Maintains all marketing collateral for the Resort and Real Estate.

Maintains electronic media, including video and photo galleries, in conjunction with Agency partners.
General:

Attends staff meetings conducted by the Marketing Manager.

Associate’s Degree or higher with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Design or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years demonstrable and progressive experience related to Essential Functions of position.

Proficiency and demonstrated experience in developing marketing and promotional campaigns designed to achieve a planned result or outcome and in measuring the success of the marketing activities.

Proficiency and demonstrated experience in preparing and developing effective visual design and compelling written copy to support marketing and promotional campaigns.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong proofreading skills.

Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner.

Proficiency in Google Apps and Gmail.

Proficiency in Social Media applications including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Proficiency in videography or photography.
Other Desirable Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Proficiency in an email marketing provider such as Revinate.

Proficiency in general web page design and updating via a content management system.
