Compensation: $100k - $115k plus commission
- Conceptualize and prepares collateral, print advertising, digital, and other promotional materials in conjunction with marketing team with emphasis on the achievement of revenue objectives.
- Respond to prospective inquiries, conduct tours and meetings, while formalizing the sales process.
- Grow and maintain a book of business through member sales generation.
- Enter all sales and lead generations into CRM platform.
- Achieve or exceed annual sales goals through acquisition of new memberships.
- Provide the highest level of service through constant communication and follow through with prospects and current clients.
- Build and establish relationships with local community organizations such as chambers of commerce and tourism boards, as well as local community leaders and influencers.
- Attend various community functions for lead generation.
- Develop and implement programs and activities in conjunction with our marketing team, which increase and retain membership in the Club, including, but not limited to, telephone sales campaigns, direct marketing campaigns, networking events, open-house events, and the like.
- Attend member events to foster relationships that are important to generate referrals and other club business opportunities.
- Attend departmental meetings as required to provide updates on sales and initiatives.
- Special projects or other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field preferred.

Minimum of five years of sales experience required. Prior experience in private club industry is a plus.

Thorough sales knowledge which includes prospecting, pre-qualifying, questioning, presentation, overcoming objections, conveying value position, listening, negotiating, and closing sales.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Base salary of $100,000 - $115,000 and anticipated commissions of $20,000 - $40,000, based upon anticipated sales velocity, for total compensation range $120,000 – 155,000.
