The ideal candidate will have experience with HubSpot, a strong understanding of ROI-driven marketing, and exceptional communication skills to support our growing marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Work closely with the graphic design team to create impactful print and digital media.
HubSpot Management:
- Utilize HubSpot to manage sales funnels, email campaigns, and marketing workflows.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, customer insights, and ROI.
Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Track and analyze the sales funnel, providing actionable metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation:
- Draft compelling marketing content in English for diverse audiences, including investors and borrowers.
Marketing Strategy:
- Support the team in developing and refining marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong emphasis on campaign execution and HubSpot expertise.
