Join Tropic Supply, Florida’s largest independent, family-owned HVAC and refrigeration wholesale distributor, where people matter. We’re on the lookout for a bilingual superstar to join our Counter Sales team!
Our Bilingual Counter Sales Team members are friendly, knowledgeable faces who greet our customers, answer their questions in both English and Spanish and make sure they have everything they need to succeed. If you enjoy connecting with people and want to be a part of a dynamic and supportive environment, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing outstanding service in both English and Spanish
- Assist customers by taking orders, pulling items, and processing sales efficiently
- Handle warranty claims and returns with professionalism and care
- Help customers load products and materials into their vehicles when needed
- Accurately enter sales orders into our Sales Order Entry System
- Keep merchandise stocked, shelves organized, and participate in inventory counts

Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (a must!)
- Computer skills and the ability to quickly learn our parts management software
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor to interact with a diverse customer base
- Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 75 pounds regularly
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision, even in busy situations
