What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content & Social Media Intern position at TROPICAL FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION?
Summary: Calling all social media gurus! We are looking for someone who is ready to learn about the in’s & out’s of content & social media in the realm of the financial industry. This individual is someone who is not only motivated to learn, but also ready to collaborate and even bring their knowledge to the table to help expand TFCU’s Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn over-all digital content strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ability to learn and manage digital marketing strategy for all major social media platforms.
- Opportunity to learn how to utilize marketing automation platforms and earn marketing certificates.
- Will play a role in the production of all video content by working with external vendors and creating in-house material to be recorded and distributed on TFCU’s content and social media platforms.
- Opportunity to drive marketing messaging displayed across TFCU’s South Florida branches, both digital & physical signage.
- Work closely with marketing team to collect marketing collateral for digital campaigns and ads.
- Opportunity to manage, implement, and optimize website content for relevancy.
- Uphold reputation management across various review platforms with TFCU’s voice in mind.
- Support TFCU’s branding both internally and externally
- BSA Compliance: Every employee is required to uphold the credit union’s compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering policies and procedures. Specific functions within TFCU will take into consideration the awareness of unusual or suspicious activity that is relevant to the department.
- In addition to any other assigned training courses, online BSA and OFAC courses must be completed at least annually, as made available by the Training and/or Compliance Departments.
