What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometric Patient Services Coordinator position at Tropical Optical Vision Centers?
Bilingual Spanish speaker we will train as optometric assistant/receptionist
Greeting Patients and providing prompt service both in person and on phone.
Verifying insurance and completing paperwork associated
Schedule and follow up on appointment
Excellent Typing and ability to enter information accurately in software system
Providing all services that our office provides in an enthusiast, friendly manner
Training provided for other tasks involved in assisting the doctor and preparing patient before exam
Training provided in skills required to assist the patient with frame selection
Training provided in skills required to assist doctor with contact lens patients
Available to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 9:30am-6pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
