Overview
We are seeking someone who is knowledgable in Brunswick bowling machines. This person will be in charge of the bowling part of the business. They will need to be able to fix machines in the event that they break, calibrate, oil, and maintain the alleys, as well as managing the business side of the building. This person will also be in charge of bowling leagues and parties throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Maintain bowling machines
- Provide exceptional guest services to enhance the overall experience of our visitors.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, maintaining financial integrity.
- Assist in shift management, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed and that employees are trained and prepared for their roles.
- Stay organized in booking parties and leagues as well as utilizing proper communication regarding them.
- Coordinate events management, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluations to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry or similar environment.
- Strong skills in supervising staff and managing team dynamics effectively.
- Excellent cash handling abilities with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Experience in shift management, demonstrating the ability to lead teams during busy periods.
- Familiarity with report writing and data analysis to track performance metrics.
- Previous experience in events management is highly desirable.
