Field Crane Technician
Myrtle Beach, SC
Hourly Pay Rate : $25.00-$42.00
Responsibilities :
Diagnose, repair and troubleshoot various mobile hydraulic and lattice cranes.
Capable of accomplishing tasks independently without direct supervision.
Perform thorough and accurate annual inspections.
Properly fills out working reports, hours reports, time sheets, hours overviews and expense reports.
Provides excellent customer service.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Crane Mechanic / Technician preferred.
Experience working with different forms of mobile crane equipment, specifically Grove RT & TMS Cranes; Grove GMK European Cranes; EPIC and / or Traditional Cranes; National Boom Trucks preferred.
Must be able to read both electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Must be able to travel 50% of the time to job sites and for training as required.
Must have excellent communication skills with a customer / client focus.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Basic computer skills preferred.
