Responsibilities :
- Hire, train and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, including performance evaluations and coaching.
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team.
- Responsible for meeting with clients and performing project walkthroughs for thorough understanding of scope.
- Responsible for working with vendors and putting together pricing for estimates and creating proposals.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment coordinating with other trade managers and sales development.
- Manage service calls, including scheduling appointments, assigning work orders, staff training, performance evaluation, and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely and quality repairs and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and able to work after hours and weekends when emergencies arise.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the service process.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
