Hourly Rate : $45.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
Hire train and supervise a team of HVAC technicians including performance evaluations and coaching.
Responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of a team.
Responsible for meeting with clients and performing project walkthroughs for thorough understanding of scope.
Responsible for working with vendors and putting together pricing for estimates and creating proposals.
Able to work independently and within a team environment coordinating with other trade managers and sales development.
Manage service calls including scheduling appointments assigning work orders staff training performance evaluation and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
Ensure timely and quality repairs and maintenance of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems and able to work after hours and weekends when emergencies arise.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the service process.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
Must possess relevant HVAC certifications including the EPA 680 Universal Certification.
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager with comprehensive. knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Able to lead and build a team of HVAC Service Technicians.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Stay updated on new technologies and industry advancements.
Provide technical support to technicians when necessary.
Taking calls off hours and coordinating with technicians.
