Job description
Main Duties
· Ensuring cleanliness of all outdoor furniture (IE: pool furniture, porch furniture)
· Ensuring cleanliness of porch areas
· Replenishing housekeeping closets with linens and other inventory
· Bringing mini refrigerators, cribs and rollaway beds to rooms upon guest request.
· Assistance with seasonal maintenance when needed (IE: shoveling snow)
Requirements
- 7 days a week flexibility
- You must be able to move independently around the grounds, including on gravel paths
- You must be able to lift items up to 50lbs as needed Project management experience is required. You must possess superior communication and presentation skills, both oral and written. Must have the ability to be an effective listener and problem solver and work with all stakeholders.
