Skretting is seeking Key Account Manager for Longview, Washington business to be responsible for point of contact for Skretting clients and reports directly to the Commercial Leader. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers, always striving to find the solution which best fits their individual needs. This position will see implementation and maintenance of technical services and customer service. The position will support Sales colleagues as well as other internal departments by collecting information, producing forecasts, using models and offering insight into client and market needs.

About The Role
Responsibilities:
- This is a work from home role but required to be in the field with little supervision
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and find solutions through products and services.
- Traveling for client site visits and technical service implementation.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
- Collecting and analysing data to track feed and fish performance.
- Keeping accurate electronic and hard copy records.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Implementing and maintaining customer management systems (CRM and similar).
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving performance and efficiency.
- Maintaining ASC certification requirements for key clients.
- Logistics projects related to customer satisfaction and efficiency improvements, as required
- Participating in training and development programs for sales and leadership improvement.
- Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a similar field.
- Science related post-secondary degree or certificate (equivalent industry experience considered).
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in aquaculture, animal nutrition, sales or related field.
- Exceptional communication, computer and technology skills.
- Ability to collect, track, analyze and communicate data.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Exposure to farm production systems considered an asset.
- Adaptively Has the ability to quickly adapt to dramatic and continued changes in the workplace or environment or changes in the way things are done. Deals effortlessly with changes of policy and workflow, showing the ability to quickly adapt to changing work conditions. Has a high learning agility to either grow vertically or horizontally.
