We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer to join a local non-profit and lead their growth strategies. Must have heavy non-profit fundraising experience
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion through innovative, data-driven strategies. The Chief Growth Officer will work closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to enhance profitability across the organization, focusing on marketing, fundraising, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on marketing, fundraising, and partnerships.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with community organizations and businesses to support growth.
- Collaborate with departments and executive teams to execute growth initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
- Work with the Grants team on funding strategies and fundraising opportunities.
- Enhance volunteer resource strategies and convert volunteers into donors.
- Oversee and optimize fundraising campaigns, including major gifts and annual giving.
- Plan events to engage donors and raise funds.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies.
- Track KPIs and financial performance to optimize growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and ensure long-term competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in driving revenue and market share growth.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel within a 12-county service area.

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
