Key Objectives :
Ensure operational efficiency through effective management of schedules, emails, and critical administrative tasks.
Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal / external stakeholders.
Execute task management with high attention to detail and prioritization. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity. Provide support for strategic meetings and decision-making processes. Embark on a growth path towards roles with greater responsibility within the company, such as Operations Manager.
Responsibilities :
Own all administrative duties of the executive office, including managing a heavy volume of emails, fast-paced and fluid calendar, scheduling travel, and
additional office related tasks.
Handle communications with discretion and draft correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning as needed. Prepare reports, presentations, and financial data for meetings and strategic initiatives.
Play a role in project management and oversee specific initiatives to support company objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role. Proficiency in Google Workspace, LinkedIn, website management, and basic accounting principles.
Full-time Successful completion of a security background check. Travel required both domestically and internationally approximately once / quarter

skills.

Adept at learning new processes and familiarity with existing systems. A 'can-do' attitude that embodies the spirit of our company culture.
