Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial operations. Responsibilities :
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
- Provide financial insights by analyzing data trends and presenting actionable recommendations to management.
- Assist in creating financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment for healthcare-related revenue streams, including subscription-based services and customer contracts.
- Support external audits by collaborating with auditors and preparing documentation as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance accounting systems, processes, and internal controls for improved efficiency and accuracy.
