About The Role
- The full-time role is primarily remote, however close proximity to Charlottesville or Richmond is preferred.
- Recruit all new caregiver talent (CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, Companions)
- Manage application, hiring, and onboarding processes using Rippling
- Conduct remote initial interviews via Zoom
- Advise all hiring decisions
- Schedule new employees for orientations with the RN Care Management team
- 2-5 years of experience with recruitment or human resources
- Ability to work under pressure to support business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Rippling
- Strong sense of compassion, patience, and reliability
- Detail-oriented with a thorough and proactive approach
- Must pass a background check and reference screening
- Commensurate with experience ($60,000 - $65,000 annually)
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
