What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Staff position at Trowbridge AG LLC?
Direct Care staff Member responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
- Ensure individuals health and safety
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavior challenges
- Assist individuals with daily personal hygiene, medication administration, daily living activities and transportation if need be.
- Implement behavior plan and implementation plan
- Accompany individuals to community outings and activities
- Light housekeeping, laundry and meal prep
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all individuals
- Paperwork such as graphing, data, MAR, daily service log, communication log, monthly meeting, etc.
- Administer first aid when needed
- Growth in the company
Requirements:
- 18 years or older (REQUIRED)
- Level II background screening (REQUIRED)
- High School Diploma, GED or transcript (REQUIRED)
- Copy of Driver License/ ID and Social Security Card (REQUIRED)
- CPR/ FIRST AID Certification
- Medication Administration
- PCM- Professional Crisis Management
- BA- Behavior Assistant Certificate
- HIPAA
- Zero Tolerance
- Direct Core Competency
- HIV/ Aids 101 in the News
- APD Requirements for All Waiver Providers
- 3yrs of Driving Record
Preferred 2 years experience but not a requirement. We provide and pay for all training needed to be qualified for this job to the right person that is dedicated, willing to learn, compassionate, driven and caring.

Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
