Job Responsibilities
- Collecting required information from new residents
- Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administering medications and injections as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and mobility
Requirements
- Valid NY State LPN license
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good standing with the State Registry
