What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Production Assistant position at TROY Group, Inc.?
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Assist with all shipping and receiving operations during every shift.
- Assist with all production operations and make modifications as needed to improve overall quality and efficiency.
- Assist with all inventory at both locations including transfers between tasting rooms.
- Review all operations regularly to determine overall levels of efficiency, safety, employee morale, and production, and present findings and suggested changes to the General Manager.
- Inspect the physical condition of shipping and production areas, and equipment to make sure that the quality and conditions are up to standards.
- Continuous improvement and focus on efficiency.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to handle physical tasks, some heavy lifting required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Bilingual Preferred.
