Coordinator for Graduate Enrollment

The Coordinator of Graduate Enrollment supports prospective and current graduate students from initial inquiry through to enrollment, ensuring a seamless admissions process. The coordinator will work closely with the Director of Graduate and Specialized Enrollment and the admissions and academic teams to process applications, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance on program requirements and enrollment procedures. This position plays a vital part in meeting the institution’s enrollment goals by offering personalized support to applicants and acting as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff.

1. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university;
2. Minimum of one year of higher education admissions experience
3. Must have transportation, current valid driver’s license, maintain commercial auto insurance
eligibility requirements
4. Willingness to travel and attend events outside normal business hours (approximately 10% of
the time)
5. Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation communication skills
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, maintain accuracy, and
adapt to changes in priorities

1. Master’s preferred
2. Graduate recruitment experience at a regional public university
3. Experience with and admissions CRM system similar to CRM Recruit
