Troy University is seeking a highly skilled Director of Enrollment Communications to join our Enrollment Management leadership team. Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, and working closely with the Office of Marketing and Communications, the successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance student recruitment and enrollment. This role oversees communication plans within the Enrollment Management CRM (Recruit/Salesforce) and from all third-party partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enrollment communications, marketing, or related areas within higher education.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably in an enrollment management context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of current trends in higher education recruitment and digital communication strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with recruitment software (CRM Recruit or other CRM platforms) and higher ed. third party vendors
