Job Title: Warranty Support Technician
Location: Monterey, TN (Travel required throughout Middle and East TN)
Full-Time Position (35-45 hours per week, possibly more if needed)
Troyer Post Buildings is seeking a Warranty Support Technician to join our dedicated team. This position offers an opportunity to work alongside our Warranty Manager in addressing and resolving issues related to building materials. If you’re detail-oriented, a problem solver, and enjoy hands-on work, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warranty Manager in addressing warranty claims, including repairs and replacements due to material failure (e.g., warped posts, leaking windows, roofs, etc.).
- Perform repairs and replacements on various building materials affected by wear and tear or damage.
- Travel to job sites across Middle and East Tennessee to assess and complete repairs as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all warranty work completed and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or repair work is required.
- Strong background knowledge in the post frame industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required for repairs.
- Valid driver’s license is required. Experience with pulling trailers is preferred.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
