Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between Operations Department and Office Team
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring prompt follow-up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile monthly statements and resolve any discrepancies with vendors and clients
- Maintain and organize accurate financial records, including data entry of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliation
- Assist in monitoring and tracking departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to approved spending limits
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and reporting standards
- Participate in finance-related projects and contribute to the implementation of new processes and systems
- Assist the Office Manager with payroll administration
- Other duties as assigned
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 2 years in a finance or accounting support role.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks & NetSuite)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers
