We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and optimize storage solutions.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely procurement and distribution of goods.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
- Monitor performance metrics related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping accuracy.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline transportation management systems.
Skills
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices.
- Experience in supply chain management, including purchasing and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with inventory control techniques and best practices for maintaining stock levels.
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement within the distribution center environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate a diverse team effectively.
