Title: Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee direct line management and support activities, including manufacturing floor inspection, engineering, materials management, and safety/environmental engineering.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for all departments, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise Manufacturing Managers across Molding, Stamping, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Customer Service/Planning.
- Create and execute manufacturing plans based on sales forecasts and shop orders to deliver defect-free, on-time products.
- Partner with tooling/engineering teams to resolve product quality and manufacturing issues, identifying cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred, but not required.
- Eight (8) years of precision manufacturing experience (molding, stamping, etc.).
- Ten (10) years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in computerized manufacturing systems.
