- Oversee and expand the current Mapping / Surveying department.
- Conduct boundary analysis and subdivision mapping.

- Prepare and review legal descriptions.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Write proposals, create budgets, and monitor job costs.
- Handle billing and maintain strong client relations.
