- Collaborate with project teams to perform takeoffs for various construction projects.
- Review project documents, plans, and specifications to determine material and labor needs.
- Utilize takeoff software to quantify materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare accurate estimates for site work and utility projects.
- Assist with budget analysis for project materials and labor.
- Contribute to the preparation of estimates and bids.
- Provide technical support to project teams.
