What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Define and execute user research programs to inform product and design decisions

Lead foundational and discovery research activities to explore user needs and frame problems

Monitor UX project execution and establish metrics for success

Develop user journeys and personas to enhance user experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Master’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as Cognitive Psychology or User Experience

5 years of UX research experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree

Experience with UX research in B2B SaaS solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research in an Agile process

Familiarity with data analytics to inform UX research strategies

Background in foundational / generative research and workflow / task analysis
