We are a new hotel seeking a part time front desk employee. The hours would be 2 days a week on average and would be a mix of first and second shifts. Weekend availability is required, and usually rotated when able.

Job Responsibilities:
- Complete online training.
- Check Guests in.
- Check Guests out.
- Answer the phone within 3 rings.
- Help with breakfast when needed.
- Make Reservations.
- Follow up with emails.
- Make Coffee
- Make sure all guests are taken care of.
- Complete checklists.
- Communicate important information to the next shift.
- Additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
The ideal candidate would like to work independently and in a team. He/ She will be self-motivated, friendly, and would enjoy making a difference in our guest experiences.
