Tru by Hilton Beavercreek/ Dayton

We are a new hotel seeking a part time front desk employee. The hours would be 2 days a week on average and would be a mix of first and second shifts. Weekend availability is required, and usually rotated when able.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete online training.
  • Check Guests in.
  • Check Guests out.
  • Answer the phone within 3 rings.
  • Help with breakfast when needed.
  • Make Reservations.
  • Follow up with emails.
  • Make Coffee
  • Make sure all guests are taken care of.
  • Complete checklists.
  • Communicate important information to the next shift.
  • Additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

The ideal candidate would like to work independently and in a team. He/ She will be self-motivated, friendly, and would enjoy making a difference in our guest experiences.
